What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email, your phone number if you leave one, and your message. Nothing else, and nothing in the background.
Why
To reply to you. That is the only purpose (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).
Where your data goes
Your message reaches us by email. Two technical providers act on our behalf: Resend, which delivers the email (sending operated from the European Union), and Vercel, which hosts the site — both bound by the EU’s standard contractual clauses. No database, no resale, no marketing use.
For how long
As long as needed to follow up on your request. You can ask for deletion at any time, with a single email.
Cookies
None. This site sets no cookies and no trackers — which is also why no banner greeted you.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability: write to contact@karlsluxury.com. You may also lodge a complaint with Luxembourg’s data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.lu).
